This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order placed through our online store. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
1. How to cancel
To cancel an order, email info@ainextdev.com or message us on WhatsApp at +971 54 202 2955 with your order number as soon as possible. Your cancellation is effective from the time we receive your request.
2. Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel before we begin working on your order, the order is cancelled at no cost and any amount paid is refunded in full, in line with our Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation after work starts
If you cancel after work has begun, any refund is calculated based on the work already completed, as described in our Refund Policy. Work that has been delivered, along with third-party costs already incurred, is not refundable.
4. Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, if required information is not provided within a reasonable time, or if the request falls outside the scope of the purchased service. In such cases you will receive a full refund of any amount paid for the un-started work.
5. Installment plans (Tabby)
If you paid using Tabby installments, cancellations and any related refunds are processed in accordance with Tabby's terms. Your future installment schedule may be adjusted accordingly.
